Becoming a PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider lets you breathe easy knowing that you can recognize scuba diving illnesses treatable with emergency oxygen, and are prepared to offer aid.

  • Have a  Scuba Diver (or equivalent certification)

What you will learn in Emergency Oxygen Provider Course?

 

Course contents

The course takes 1 day training in the class room.

 

You’ll learn about dive injuries, different types of emergency oxygen equipment and safety considerations when using oxygen. Then you’ll practice:

 

  • Assembling and disassembling emergency oxygen equipment.

  • Deploying a non-rebreather mask and a demand inhalator valve on a breathing diver.

  • Using a pocket mask on a nonbreathing diver.

 

Knowledge Development (Theory)

Our instructor will provide you with all of the information you need by using a video and verbal presentation.

 

Training in Swimming Pool or Beach

No Required for this course.

 

Training in open water

No Required for this course.

Arrival Day : Sign up, get Emergency Oxygen Provider Course Manual with a brief explanation of how to use it from our Staff. at Go Dive Shop 1 day before start course.

 

1st Training Day at Class Room :

08:00 - 08:45 AM. Pick up from your Hotels & Resorts

09:00 - 11:45 AM Knowledge development (Theory) review with your instructor.
