DIVE COURSES, DIVE TRIPS AND SNORKEL TRIPS - Terms Of Service.

 

Go Dive Lanta provides quality diving services, snorkeling services and equipment rental. All prices noted are not including diving or snorkeling equipment unless noted otherwise. 

 

Dive groups are restricted to a maximum of 4 students or 4 certified divers, with exception to the Discover Scuba Diver or Try Dive participants where groups are limited to 2 persons, Snorkel groups are restricted to a maximum of 8 snorkelers.

 

1. Divers will be required to show proof of diver training from an internationally recognized Diver Training Agency upon arrival.

2. Fail to do so will bar from diving or have to take up dive courses at additional cost subject to the ability of the Dive Instructor even thought had paid the dive packages.

3. Subject to Bad weather condition, the Dive Center has the right to cancel the boat trip to any where, We shall offer an alternative program or trip date.

4. Unused portions of all packages are not refundable and not transferable.

5. Flight delayed or cancelled are not our responsibility of the package.

6. All items in the package are non-refundable or transferable.

7. Dive Center reserve the right to amend any information or pricing without prior notice.

 

All dive and snorkeling trips are conducted aboard MV Go Dive and our Speed Boat. On occasion during season we may not have enough guests on the dive boat to warrant the use of MV Go Dive or our Speed Boat and may join with divers or snorkelers on another boat. In case of we can’t arrange another dive vessels then Go Dive Lanta shall do the best to postpone the trip to a new date and time when possible. We shall inform the guest in the evening before the trip.

 

In the event that the new date and time is not suitable for the guest Go Dive Lanta shall provide the customer with a full refund with exception to any service charges incurred by the customers own bank or credit card payment

 

GO DIVE LANTA :- CANCELLATION POLICY

Any persons not showing up in time for the departure will be charged 'no-show' fee, which covers our costs for providing food, and for assigning staff and equipment on the dive boat.

 

DIVE COURSES

1. Guest provides more than 24 hours notice of cancellation / Full refund less any SSI or PADI materials used such as manuals or forms.

2. Student cannot complete dive course / Price is based on completed modules and SSI or PADI materials used. We will issue referral form that student can continue in another dive centre.

3. Discover Scuba Diver Course or Try Dive can not complete dive program / No refund.

 

DIVE TRIPS

1. Certified Diver Does not show up for dive trip / THB 2000 cancellation charge. Balance can be applied to another date or refunded.

2. Diver does not complete both dives, due to equalizing problems, seasickness or any other reason not as a result of the services provided by Go Dive Lanta / No refund, no transfer of booking.

 

SUPER DAY TRIPS CONDITION

1. Hin Deang - Hin Muang trip / THE 3 Adventure / Koh Yung are depend on the weather permit or number of customer that we can run the boat trip. You can booking the trip in advanced but we do not guarantee the trip can going out.

2. If the boat can go out, but the weather permit then we will change to Local Day Trips and we will charge for Local Day Trip.

3. If the boat can't go because of minimum amount of customer then we will refund your money back or you can change the trip.

 

SNORKELING TRIPS

All snorkeling trips; canceling with less than 24 hours notice prior to trip departure / No refund

 

WEATHER & SEA CONDITIONS

1. Bad weather causes cancellation (before departure) / Full refund

2. Bad weather causes cancellation (after departure) / No refund

** All itineraries & schedules are weather permitting, sea conditions, currents, minimum numbers and may change without prior notice as the instructors see fit.
