Secondary Care
What you will learn in Emergency First Response Course?

 

Course contents

The course takes half days in the class room.

The course includes training in primary and secondary care which can be taken as one combined course (this meets the prerequisites to enroll into the Rescue Diver course or as two individual programs.

 

  • Primary care focuses on basic life support and includes eight mandatory skills plus three optional skills

  • Secondary care builds on primary care and focuses on important skills if EMS is delayed or unavailable

 

 

Before book Emergency First Response Course

To enroll in a Emergency First Response Course,

  • You must be 8 years old or older.

  • No prior experience with scuba diving is required.

 

What do I need to bring with me at class room?

  • Some money for your lunch.

Both courses are video supported and include a combination of knowledge development and skill practices. Various rescue scenarios will ensure that you understand all course topics and that you are able to apply your knowledge.

Emergency First Response Course itinerary

 

Arrival Day : Sign up, get Emergency First Response Manual with a brief explanation of how to use it from our Staff. at Go Dive Shop 1 day before start course.

 

1st Training Day at Class Room :

08:00 - 08:45 AM. Pick up from your Hotels & Resorts

09:00 - 11:45 AM Knowledge development (Theory) review with your instructor.
