The Langkawi to Koh Lanta Ferry runs from Malaysia into Thailand and takes passengers through Immigration. Same day connection is NOT possible between Malaysia (Langkawi) and the Thailand Islands so an overnight stay at Koh Lipe is required. After a night on Koh Lipe your journey will continue the next morning departing Koh Lipe at 10:00 and arriving in Koh Lanta at 15:00 

 

The Ferry leaves from Langkawi Kuah Jetty to Beach Jetty in Koh Lipe then taking Ferry to Saladan Passenger Ferry Pier

  • Depart 09:00 - Arrive 15:00 (Next Day)

 

Koh Lanta >> Koh Lipe >> Langkawi

The Koh Lanta To Langkawi ferry departs Koh Lanta and travels to Koh Lipe. Same day connection is NOT possible between Thailand and Malaysia (Langkawi) so an overnight stay at Koh Lipe is required. After a night on Koh Lipe your journey will continue the next morning departing Koh Lipe at 10:00 and arriving in Langkawi at 12:30 local time (Malaysia is +1 hour ahead of Thailand) The journey includes exiting Thailand and Malaysia Immigration.

 

The Ferry leaves from Saladan Passenger Ferry Pier to Beach Jetty in Koh Lipe then taking the ferry to Langkawi Kuah Jetty

  • Depart 10:00 - Arrive 12:30 (Next Day)

Please bear in mind that if your arrival time is late in the day, the local minibus or public passenger ferries scheduled for Ko Lanta may not always be available.

Longtail Boat Transfer Between The Ferry And Island

Please note: All fares are exclusive of a 50 Baht longtail boat transfer fee per person (including children) between the ferry and the islands. This is because there is no pier on these islands, so the ferry cannot dock. The fee is payable directly to the longboat driver.
